For the last 30 years, Suzanne de Janasz has been teaching in industry and academia (including appointments at London Business School, IMD in Switzerland, Seattle U, and a Fulbright in Poland) on six continents for executives in companies such as BAE Systems, Citigroup, ChevronPhillips, Deloitte, Freddie Mac, Nestlé, Santander, Rabobank.
Her keynotes have graced hundreds of stages (and Zoom platforms) to the delight of audiences around the world. She’s also served on the board of and delivered programs for a UK charity in a program designed to empower formerly trafficked women with interpersonal and entrepreneurship skills.
An award-winning teacher and scholar, her expertise has been published in high-quality outlets (including Harvard Business Review) and is featured regularly in global newspapers (e.g., Financial Times, Wall Street Journal), radio/podcasts, and online outlets.
She is the author of the leading text Interpersonal Skills in Organizations (McGraw-Hill, 8th edition, 2025) and Negotiation and Dispute Resolution (Sage Publications, 3rd edition in progress).
Her industry appointments have included leadership/organization development roles at MITRE, Hughes Aircraft Company, and Lockheed Aeronautical Systems Company.
She is a trained opera singer, tennis aficionado, and avid traveler (having visited more than 95 countries).
