She has also held long-term operational leadership roles, managing multi-location businesses and leading teams through strategic growth and restructuring.
As a consultant, Ginni partners with small and mid-sized companies to strengthen their foundations—helping owners and leadership teams implement practical systems, organizational structure, and clear strategic direction. Her approach is hands-on and pragmatic, grounded in real-world business operations rather than theory.
