EXPERIENCE:
◉ Retired Navy Captain and Naval Academy graduate who led his aviation squadron to the Atlantic Fleet Battle “E” as the top squadron in the fleet.
◉ After retiring, became a Navy JROTC Senior Instructor, earning Navy National Champion honors in air rifle and Southeastern U.S. champion status in orienteering.
◉ Aviation educator and championship coach dedicated to developing discipline, leadership, and competitive excellence in the next generation.
Retired Navy Captain, Annapolis graduate who wanted to coach football when he ended his High School career. As a naval aviator he led his squadron to the award of the Atlantic Fleet Battle E for awarded each year for the best squadron in the fleet. After retiring he flew for Delta Air Lines for 3 years before the 911 attack brought furlough. After three months of unemployment he took a job as a Navy JROTC senior instructor.
Since all instructors must coach he chose Olympic rules air-rifle and three years later was the Navy National Champion. All region coach of the year for two years. Switching sports he took over the Orienteering coach duties and two years later was the Southeastern US champion coach and his team finished 4th Nationally at the West Point, New York meet. Teaches Aviation at a private high school in the Atlanta area.
