About Bettina Rodriguez Aguilera

Bettina Rodriguez Aguilera, LLM, is a leadership strategist, best‑selling author, and dynamic keynote speaker who empowers women to lead with confidence, competence, and strategic influence. As founder and director for seven years of one of the nation’s earliest women’s business incubators, she launched and supported hundreds of minority‑owned enterprises and created durable mentorship and funding pathways.

Bettina produced two women’s television series and a technology‑driven Women’s International Summit with 17 global leaders, trained thousands through 30+ courses and certification programs (including Red Lipstick Leadership), and partnered with colleges, chambers, and government to build leadership certificates and minority‑business pipelines. She assisted in developing incubator programs in Africa and Eastern Europe modeled on the New Women Entrepreneur Center.

As Doral’s first economic developer and an elected official, she convened 35+ chambers to position the city as a business hub, secured major disaster and development funding, and advanced policies protecting women. Bettina led efforts to pass human‑trafficking legislation that was replicated across Florida, played a key role in closing trafficking centers, and coordinated international human‑rights advocacy that helped free hundreds of victims.

Internationally, she led train‑the‑trainer and run‑for‑office programs, represented community causes at the United Nations, and mobilized mass campaigns for democracy and human rights. Her presentations translate program‑building, media, policy, and community mobilization into concrete strategies for scaling businesses, increasing civic participation, and building resilient ecosystems
