Born in Antigua & Barbuda, Edward-Marcus AL Jarvis-Fleming is a dual citizen and national of the United States. He is the Founder and President & CEO of Jarvis-Fleming Law Ltd (J-FLL), a firm he has successfully led for over 23 years, building a reputation for strategic leadership and multidisciplinary expertise.
Professional Background
Edward-Marcus began his aviation career in 1980 with Leward Islands Air Transport (LIAT (1974) Limited), serving as an aircraft mechanic for nearly five years. After furthering his education, he joined Northwest Airlines (NWA) in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he worked for approximately 16 years as a Radio and Electronics Technician.
While at NWA, he simultaneously pursued advanced education in law and business—positioning himself for a seamless transition into legal practice and executive leadership. Today, he integrates aviation precision, legal acumen, and business strategy to guide organizations through growth, transformation, and long-term success.
