About Andrew Rhoden, Esq.

Andrew Rhoden, Esq. is a nationally recognized attorney, former Division I football player, championship coach, entrepreneur, and award-winning commercial photographer who speaks at the intersection of leadership, resilience, high performance, and strategic growth.

Before building a portfolio of seven companies, Andrew built teams.

He played Division I football and later worked with multiple NCAA Division I football programs as a Director of Operations and Assistant Coach, helping manage and elevate high-performance athletic environments. At both the collegiate and high school levels, he was part of championship-winning teams. When he stepped into a struggling high school program that had not won a game in nearly two years, he rebuilt the culture, restored accountability, and led the team to three consecutive winning seasons—placing countless student-athletes into college, including players he inherited, not recruited. He is known for restoring broken systems and developing leaders under pressure.

Andrew began his legal career in big law earning a six-figure salary. In 2021, after losing his oldest sister during the COVID-19 pandemic, he made a life-altering decision. He walked away from comfort and prestige because he realized he did not own his time. That pivot led to the launch of Masterly Legal Solutions and what has now grown into seven companies spanning law, consulting, publishing, media, technology, and creative industries.

Today, he advises startups, executives, and Fortune 50–500 corporations on corporate negotiations, organizational restructuring, risk mitigation, and strategic scaling. He is widely regarded as a pioneer in the Name, Image, and Likeness space, having been among the first attorneys deeply involved in NIL representation and policy. State congressional leaders have consulted with him in drafting and refining NIL legislation.

His career also includes extraordinary adversity. After receiving a cortisone injection from an intoxicated physician, Andrew lost the ability to walk without a cane or walker. Rather than retreat, he rebuilt. That experience reshaped his philosophy on discipline, mental toughness, and performance under pressure. He now teaches leaders how to respond when circumstances try to define them.

An award-winning commercial photographer, Andrew has spoken at national photography conferences, major business conferences, and the Urban League Conference. He has been featured in numerous publications and media outlets and brings a rare combination of legal precision, athletic discipline, and creative strategy to every stage.

His honors include multiple years recognized by Super Lawyers, the Best Lawyers distinction (2024–present), and selection as an American Bar Association Fellow—an honor reserved for only 2% of attorneys worldwide.

Andrew does not deliver theory. He delivers frameworks forged in competition, boardrooms, courtrooms, and recovery rooms.

He speaks on leadership that wins, building organizations that last, navigating adversity, strategic decision-making, NIL innovation, and creating legacy through ownership.

His message challenges audiences to stop managing circumstances and start commanding them.
