Nina Roesner started coaching in 1991 as a Dale Carnegie Trainer. She has worked with numerous companies and church staff of all sizes – from small family businesses to Fortune 50. She has also authored several books on marriage and is currently CEO of Greater Impact, a leadership and marriage coaching ministry. Nina has worked as a Human Resources Executive in a manufacturing company and coached many entrepreneurs, pastors, church staff members, and business owners in the areas of change, conflict resolution, problem solving, leadership, team development, and making a greater impact with a clear vision as an organization.

Nina has a great reputation as a speaker – as a trainer with Dale Carnegie, she spent 15 years coaching speakers of all levels to confidence and having a message of impact – so of course she delivers in that way!
