With a career spanning military service, ministry, entrepreneurship, and academia, Andrew Parker brings a unique perspective forged through diverse experiences. He served ten years in the U.S. Air Force as an enlisted electronics technician before answering a new call as a chaplain in the U.S. Army, including two combat tours. His passion for guiding young people led him to a twelve-year tenure as a youth pastor, where he built and led a thriving group of over one hundred students in his local church.
Outside of ministry, Andrew co-founded and operated a successful education business with his wife, scaling it to over $1 million in annual revenue and a team of nearly fifty employees. His academic journey is equally impressive—he holds a PhD in Leadership and is currently pursuing a second doctorate in Organizational Business and Entrepreneurship.
