James Johnson, CLTC, has been a business owner for over 40 years. In the past 20+ years, his focus has been on retirement and estate planning, business development, wealth protection strategies, and tax-advantaged financial solutions. James has worked with hundreds of families and business owners in the successful development of their financial freedom strategies, teaching the power of leveraging mortgages strategically and providing the tools needed to live a life of security, legacy, and significance.

James is the President and Owner of All Mark Insurance Services and the best-selling author of Retirement Malpractice. He is a member of Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Top of the Table, a proud Rotarian, member of NAIFA, and was a Master Elite Advisor for Ed Slott (America’s IRA Expert) for 9 years. He has been featured as an expert on the “Ask the Expert” program series on AM radio in the Inland Empire.

As a former Marine and black belt in Judo, James approaches everything with discipline, passion, and integrity. His core belief is simple: only when we are learning are we growing. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find James playing pickleball, surfing, skiing, or fishing—living proof that you can work hard and play hard while finding balance in life.
James is newly married to his wife, Annette, and together they proudly embrace their blended family: his children Leah and Nicholas, Annette’s daughter Leanna (along with her family), and their special-needs son, Dominic. Their home is joyfully rounded out by three beloved pets— their cats, Nala and Milo, and their dog Olive.
