Kristal Klear is an Entrepreneur, Certified Trauma Coach, Published Author, and the CEO and Founder of Rock Paper Scissors Foundation (RPS). Her organization is dedicated to empowering individuals who have experienced physical, mental, sexual, or emotional abuse, as well as survivors of human trafficking. Kristal is extensively trained in human trafficking, trauma care, sexual abuse, and child abuse. She has brought vital education and awareness to these issues, helping communities better understand and address exploitation. Her curriculum, “Healing Beyond Sexual Misconduct”, offers guidance on addressing sexual misconduct effectively from leadership perspectives. Additionally, under her leadership, RPS developed an engaging human trafficking curriculum for Washington State in response to the passing of new human trafficking legislation, showcasing its dedication and expertise in driving meaningful social change for a brighter future!
