For more than two decades, Saloni has built and led large-scale customer success, communication, and revenue organizations across global companies including Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, LinkedIn, and high-growth AI startup Ematic Solutions. Her work has spanned North America, APAC, and EMEA, where she has helped organizations scale customer engagement, strengthen leadership alignment, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Saloni is known for translating complex operational challenges into clear, actionable strategies. At Microsoft Azure, she has led AI-driven customer communication and crisis response systems that dramatically improved speed, alignment, and customer trust. At AWS, she built and scaled global customer success models and led initiatives that generated over $500M in annual recurring revenue. At Ematic Solutions, she played a key role in scaling an early-stage company across eight international markets, doubling revenue and supporting successful investor growth.
