A 9-time NCAA All-American, 4-time 400-meter champion, and Hall of Fame inductee, Dr. Ellis Jones has channeled the discipline of a decorated athlete into more than two decades of executive impact across collegiate athletics, professional sports, healthcare, and civic organizations. While her career has spanned diverse sectors, a career highlight includes helping launch the WNBA in Chicago, where she ranked second in sales across the entire league, as well as leadership positions at Northwestern University Athletics.
