Eddie Grigorian is a dynamic educator, leader, and motivational speaker with nearly two decades of experience inspiring students, educators, and communities.

Currently a Social Science Instructor at Chatsworth Charter G+STEAM Magnet High School, he teaches Advanced Placement and honors-level courses, where he is known for creating engaging, innovative lessons that spark curiosity and drive student achievement.

His commitment to student success extends beyond the classroom through intervention programs, mentorship, and enrichment opportunities that empower learners to reach their full potential. Prior to returning to the classroom, Eddie served as an Assistant Principal at both La Mirada High School and Valley View Middle School, where he led initiatives in school safety, student support, and instructional improvement.

He also built a summer school program from the ground up, serving hundreds of students with academic and enrichment opportunities. With a background that includes teaching at the university level and leading professional development workshops, Eddie brings a powerful blend of real-world experience, leadership, and passion to his speaking.
