Speaker
A Member listed or considered for speaking opportunities.

Client or Event Organizer
Any third party seeking speakers.

Engagement
Any speaking opportunity, inquiry, or event.

Content
All materials, software, media, and tools provided.

3. Subscription Services

Salem Speakers operates as a subscription based service.

Membership is $99 per month and includes:

• Hosted SaaS platform powered by GoHighLevel
• CRM and communication tools
• Training and digital courses
• Hosting and account management
• Manual prospecting of speaking opportunities
• Notifications of relevant opportunities

No results are guaranteed.

4. Independent Contractor Relationship

Members operate as independent contractors.

You are solely responsible for:

• Your conduct
• Your communication
• Your taxes
• Legal compliance
• Performance

5. No Guarantee of Results

You acknowledge:

• No guaranteed bookings
• No guaranteed interviews
• No guaranteed income
• Opportunities may not convert

All services are effort based.

6. Payments, Billing, and No Refund Policy

Membership Billing

• $99 per month recurring
• Automatically billed until canceled
• Cancellation stops future billing only

Refund Policy

• All payments are non refundable
• No prorations
• No credits

Setup Fees

• No setup fees

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime in billing settings
• Access is removed upon cancellation

7. Usage Based Billing and Communication Costs

Certain features are billed separately based on usage.

• Applies to all sends including To, CC, and BCC
• Approx. 3705 emails per $10

SMS Pricing

• $0.0332 per segment
• Approx. 300 segments per $10

Calling Rates

Phone Numbers

• Local and toll free numbers priced based on region

Regional Pricing

Rates may vary depending on geographic location.

8. Premium Workflow Actions

10. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third party providers.

Supported providers include:

• Stripe

You are responsible for your payment accounts.

11. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes

You agree:

• Not to dispute charges
• Not to initiate chargebacks
• All payments are final

The Company may use:

• IP logs
• Access logs
• Acceptance records

to dispute any claims.

12. Platform Usage and Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Act professionally
• Follow all laws
• Not misrepresent services

Maintain the confidentiality of all speaking opportunities. Your subscription is for your individual use only. You agree not to share, forward, or otherwise distribute the speaking opportunity emails or any leads provided by the Salem Speaker Bureau to any other person, including other speakers. These opportunities are the proprietary information of our service.

Any violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your account and access to our services without a refund.

Violation may result in termination.

13. Intellectual Property

All content and systems are owned by EZMetrics, LLC.

You are granted a limited license while subscribed.

No copying or resale is allowed.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided as is.

No guarantees of:

• Availability
• Performance
• Results

15. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 30 days.

No liability for indirect damages.

16. Indemnification

You agree to protect and hold harmless:

• EZMetrics, LLC
• Salem Speakers
• All team members

from any claims related to your use.

17. Termination

We may terminate access at any time.

No refunds will be issued.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Michigan law.

All disputes will be handled in Genesee County, Michigan.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use means acceptance.

20. Final Acknowledgment

By using this platform, you confirm:
