Before leaping into leadership development, Charles served as a police sergeant, giving him firsthand experience in leading teams under pressure, solving real-world problems, and earning trust where it matters most.

He brings deep expertise – backed by five coaching certifications and over 70 graduate hours in leadership – but what sets him apart is how he keeps things simple, practical, and actionable. Each year, Charles works directly with over 100 leaders and speaks to many more.

Charles is a husband, cat dad, and classically trained guitarist. He’s also known for his resilience and generosity…despite a very high golf handicap, he still gets on the course whenever he can and donates countless golf balls annually to the woods and water.
