Ken Cox is an entrepreneur, author, technologist, and speaker who operates at the intersection of business, resilience, creativity, and human potential.
By the age of seven, Ken was already working with computers. As an adult, he went on to build and operate multiple companies across internet infrastructure, data centers, AI systems, media, and education, serving thousands of businesses nationwide. He is the President of Rivercity Internet Group, founder of Hostirian, and owner of BOX STL—a boxing gym and youth development program built on discipline, mindset, and personal responsibility.
Ken was diagnosed with autism as an adult, a moment that brought clarity—not limitation—to his life’s trajectory. Understanding his neurotype helped him recognize patterns that had always been present: deep systems thinking, heightened creativity, relentless tenacity, and an unconventional approach to identity and problem-solving. He is also a certified Neuro Flow Coach, using these insights to help others move out of stuck patterns and into aligned action.
After years of addiction, internal conflict, and identity collapse, Ken rebuilt his life using boxing as a framework for discipline, recovery, and personal ownership. That framework became the foundation of his book, Reclaim Sobriety: 12 Rounds to Sobriety, where recovery is reframed not as avoidance—but as strength, structure, and forward motion.
Today, Ken speaks to entrepreneurs, leaders, creatives, and organizations about creativity, identity, resilience, and overcoming adversity without armor. His talks are raw, structured, and deeply practical—blending real-world business experience, neurodivergent insight, high-performance discipline, and hard-earned clarity.
Ken doesn’t deliver hype. He delivers frameworks, language, and permission to be fully yourself—while still moving forward with discipline and purpose.
