Donnie Landon is a globally respected speaker and author whose life story helps students reframe belief, identity, and personal responsibility. As the child of an incarcerated father, Donnie grew up navigating instability, unanswered questions, and the quiet weight of low expectations. At 19, that unresolved struggle came to a head when he stood shackled in a courtroom himself. That moment forced a decision. Either repeat the cycle or break it.

Donnie chose to break it. Through discipline, education, and ownership, he transformed his life from the inside out, becoming a first-generation college graduate, military veteran, and trusted leader at the highest levels of government. Today, he serves as Director, Central Services Division with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), after rising through the intelligence community to coordinate daily intelligence for the President of the United States.
