Mitche Graf has been a lifestyle entrepreneur for over 35 years and has launched more businesses than some people have hot dinners. He has shown he’s got the Midas touch for turning ideas into gold.
From hawking lemonade in the 3rd grade to running 4 companies today, He plans to add to his tally of 12 businesses he’s scaled and sold.
He also took a year off from running his own companies to become the President of a professional sports team, a Class A affiliate of the world-champion San Francisco Giants baseball team. In 2019, he led an organizational rebrand that had fans pouring in, boosting attendance by 12%, one of the largest increases in all of professional baseball.
Mitche has launched multiple award-winning restaurants, a bustling catering and events company, a national spice manufacturing business, an award-winning photography studio, and even a night crawler company. Because, why not? He’s also founded a national cribbage board company, an award-winning limousine business, a portable hot tub rental service, a drive-through espresso company, an educational products company, a publishing agency, and an athletic fitness testing corporation.
As a radio host, Mitche’s voice can be heard on “The Business Edge Minute” and “The BBQ Radio Show,” which air on over 150 radio stations nationwide combined. His quick wit and fast-paced style have made his shows hit the top 1% of all podcasts as well, earning them significant national press.

He has taught his high-voltage seminars and workshops to over 105,000 people in 9 countries and nearly every U.S. state (sorry, Maine!).
His failures have been his best teachers, but he has always come back swinging. From his business highs to bankruptcy in the early 90’s, Mitche has always fought tooth and nail to carve out a niche for himself, regardless of what industry he was dabbling in at the time.
When he’s not revolutionizing the business world, he is all about work-life balance. He loves the outdoors, playing guitar, cooking, enjoying good wine, and spending lots of time with his kids.
In his spare time, he is the PA Announcer for several sports at George Fox University, and also announces basketball playoffs for the State of Oregon. You also might find him fishing, gold panning, gardening, telling bad Dad jokes, or writing songs with his guitar. He also offers his time as a guest lecturer for local colleges, and teaches a course on Entrepreneurship as well.
Living in a small town in Oregon, Mitche is the proud daddy of three incredible kids, Jaycee, Colton, and Sierra. His household also includes dogs Tilly and Delilah, a lizard named Opa, and several hundred guppies (names not important). His motto is “work less, live more,” so he can focus on what truly matters. For Mitche, every day is a Saturday.
He firmly believes life is meant to be lived, not endured, and we each can make a profound difference in the world. He loves his family, loves his friends, and the rest just falls into place!
