He has served within both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, including time working with the largest corporation in the world as well as international private organizations. His perspective has been shaped not only by boardrooms and stages, but by the everyday realities leaders face when expectations are high, pressure is constant, and people matter.

Rusty regularly consults with CEOs, executive teams, and emerging leaders, helping them navigate growth, complexity, and change. A native Texan and former pastor, Rusty returned to Texas after years of working across the country. He is the father of two grown daughters and continues to write, teach, and consult with a focus on developing leaders who are not only effective, but grounded—leaders whose influence leaves people better than it found them.
