Larry Agee is a nonprofit executive, disaster response leader, and humanitarian strategist with nearly three decades of experience leading teams in high-stakes environments where leadership, clarity, and compassion matter most. He is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Disaster Aid USA, a Rotary-affiliated organization that delivers rapid, volunteer-powered disaster relief across the United States and internationally. Under his leadership, Disaster Aid USA has mobilized hundreds of volunteers, deployed critical equipment, restored access to clean water, delivered food and emergency supplies, and helped communities recover after hurricanes, floods, and other major disasters. Larry’s work is grounded in what he calls “smart aid”—targeted, practical solutions that meet real needs without waste or dependency.
Beyond disaster response, Larry brings a rare blend of nonprofit leadership, financial expertise, and real-world decision-making under pressure. With 29 years as a financial planner and advisor, he understands risk, stewardship, and long-term sustainability—skills he applies directly to building resilient organizations and communities. A recognized Rotary leader and frequent speaker at Rotary, faith-based, and civic events, Larry speaks powerfully on servant leadership, leading through crisis, volunteer engagement, faith-driven service, and turning compassion into action. His presentations combine compelling frontline stories with actionable leadership principles, inspiring audiences to step into purpose, lead with courage, and become people of action who create measurable impact.
