Dr. Derrick D. He currently serves as Manager of Leadership and Organizational Development at Novant Health, where he operationalizes the leadership portfolio of Novant Health University and oversees enterprise programs that develop leaders from frontline supervisors to senior executives while strengthening leadership readiness across a large healthcare system.

With more than three decades of experience spanning healthcare, leadership development, learning technology, and ministry, Dr. Rodgers is known for translating complex leadership challenges into practical, actionable strategies that drive measurable results. He is a masterful facilitator, engaging instructor, inspirational speaker, and anointed minister, focusing on bridging leadership, learning, and human connection in complex, multigenerational environments.

His professional journey includes 33 years in technology, 22 years in learning design, and more than 11 years in leadership development, all wrapped in over 35 years of ministry service, grounding his leadership philosophy in service, integrity, and purpose.
