Paul Baker began his entrepreneurial career as a young man in Dublin, Ireland. He later entered the public sector working with adolescents within child protective services. This work shaped his understanding of multi-agency collaboration, negotiation and strategic planning. He later took this skillset into the private sector, working within the leadership team at UPS. His work there allowed him to focus on the development of a people management tool he called LEADR,+ which led to a significant increase in productivity and profits. When UPS sponsored the London 2012 Olympic Games, Paul was part of that package, becoming a key leader in its delivery.

Following his success at the Olympics, Paul created his first brokerage, using his skills to bring people together to fund and deliver large multi-million and billion-dollar projects. He later received a qualification in Negotiation from Yale and went on to found his Venture Capital company, Pioneer Capital Ventures. Today, his company is embarking on two large-scale multi-billion-dollar projects, delivering over 3000 jobs in Eastern Idaho.

Paul serves his community as the President/CEO of the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce and works with the State Legislator and Federal representatives to protect and grow the economy of Idaho. Paul is in the process of developing a new training tool, called NEO, which is a new people management operating system designed to improve communication skills, engagement and productivity, significantly improving revenue, profits and retention.
