Timothy Russell has spent more than thirty years as a community leader and change agent, walking alongside leaders across sectors with wisdom, compassion, and strategic vision. His work has spanned roles as a local pastor, Associate Supervisor of the Western District of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel—supporting pastors and congregations throughout California, Arizona, Utah, and Nevada—and Regional Director for the Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center.

Across each role, Tim has remained deeply committed to serving underserved communities, helping individuals unlock their potential and build brighter futures through the power of mindset shifts. At the heart of his calling is a passion to see people discover and live out their purpose. He believes every life has meaning and that even seasons of struggle can be redeemed for growth and hope.

Tim is the author of Conquer or Be Conquered and co-author of Rising from the Ruins, where he shares his personal journey of overcoming functional depression, offering encouragement and strength to those seeking restoration and renewal.
