With over 25 years in law enforcement and 20 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Air Force—where he commanded a Military Police squadron of 125 personnel—Mike has dedicated his career to service, leadership, and the empowerment of others.
Mike’s passion for teaching and mentorship has led him to classrooms across military bases, police departments, and local high schools, as well as to the collegiate level where he serves as an adjunct professor. His teachings focus on financial education, cultivating an epic mindset, and achieving massive goals—empowering the next generation to rise above mediocrity and live with purpose.

As a seasoned real estate investor with more than two decades of experience, Mike owns and operates a diverse portfolio including a 60-unit apartment complex, several single-family homes, a condo-hotel in Orlando, and multiple multi-million-dollar development projects in progress. His entrepreneurial ventures are always underpinned by a desire to give back. He is the author of two best-selling charitable books sold nationwide through Amazon and Barnes & Noble, and he donates both his time and resources generously to numerous local and national charitable organizations. Mike has recently been named an Executive Pastor and Board Member of The Chayil Center in Arlington, Texas and he has been a keynote speaker at a major conference in Texas.

Mike is deeply embedded in the business and civic landscape of North Texas. He is a founding board member of the Mansfield Business Alliance, actively supports several Chambers of Commerce, and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with mayors, state legislators, and national congressmen throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

His most recognized business, Blue Mint Thai & Asian Cuisine, the Official Asian Restaurant Partner of the Texas Rangers, reflects his spirit of excellence and service. Blue Mint Thai has been voted the BEST ASIAN RESTAURANT in South DFW for four consecutive years, outshining more than 1,000 competitors.
