Joel lives in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife, Brianna, and their three boys: Cannon, Micah, and Shae. They are his first ministry and greatest priority. He believes that true success starts with faith and family, and that everything else flows from those foundations.
For years, Joel has been speaking to audiences with one clear mission: to help people get out of their own way and step into the purpose God created them for. His story isn’t theoretical—it’s lived. He knows what it’s like to wrestle with pornography, to grow up as a first-generation kid navigating two cultures and feeling like an outsider, and to carry the weight of heartbreak after learning his firstborn son would face life with a congenital heart defect. These moments, and countless others, filled with identity struggle, imposter syndrome, and quiet battles most people never see have shaped his conviction: pain doesn’t disqualify you—it prepares you.
Today, Joel uses his own journey to remind others that God can turn wounds into wisdom and that choosing calling over comfort leads to a life of purpose.
Outside of the stage, Joel is the founder and owner of Hebron House Management, a short term rental management company, a lover of all things health and wellness and the challenge of pushing his body to the limit physically. The body is his temple and we are called to steward it well! He’s also a loyal Tennessee Titans and Kentucky Wildcats fan and a lover of discovering new restaurants.
If there’s one thing Joel hopes people take away from his life and message, it’s this: your gifts were never meant to be buried, they were meant to be used to elevate and empower the people around you.
