He is in his 42nd year of doing business and has spent the greater part of that time standing side-by-side with professional salespeople, successfully training them in the art of selling, customer service, customer retention, and communication skills. He is known as the creator of highly effective modern-day selling processes for sales professionals and is recognized as one of the nation’s leading experts when it comes to training salespeople of all walks on all levels.

Jeff has earned numerous sales awards from various retail companies and has over forty years of sales experience. He has a new book that he is working on that will be released in the first quarter of 2026 – The Forgotten Rules of Growing Your Business and Blowing the Competition Away. The Forgotten Rules is a series of books Jeff is working on that will involve several other best-selling authors as well. He currently resides in Orlando, Florida, with his wife Candy and his two Italian Greyhounds, Benny and Daisy.
