Joel Ellis has been speaking publicly for 52 years. Serving in roles as a minister, corporate manager and trainer, industry subject matter evangelist, and as a mentor/coach. He has been married for 46 of those years and helped his wife raise 5 children. Joel is passionate about helping people grow and develop into success. A major obstacle he has observed in the last half century is the failure to properly execute 3 basic principles of communication. Those who effectively use these 3 principles have extreme success with communication, producing results. Those who don’t… struggle more and have less success.
Joel is excited to be sharing and evangelizing the awareness and use of these principles as a public speaker. His experience at Tedx Jabavu in April 2025 was significant in raising awareness for many about the power of these communication opportunities.
