About Ron Collier

Ron Collier received his PhD in Instructional Development from Purdue University, then began his corporate career at the Trane Company, a provider of heating and air conditioning equipment. His job was to teach small business owners how to make a profit in their business, reduce their time in their company and motivate and retain employees. After 7 years he formed the Collier Consulting Group which has served over 6000 businesses over 40 years.

His newest book, “Profit is An Attitude: The Strategies to Optimize Profits” teaches business owners how to make money and retire early. He has worked with Neiman Marcus, Small Business Development Centers, American Home Shield, Service Contractors of America, Contracting Business and many retail and service businesses from $2-$60M.

He is a highly motivational speaker on how to run successful businesses and understand financial success. His talks and workshops on “Profit is An Attitude” and “Customers Are Alot Like People” have been enjoyed by hundreds of companies.
