About Abagail McKiernan

Abagail McKiernan is a speaker, entrepreneur, and community builder who believes that kindness, when backed by action, is one of the most powerful tools a company can invest in. She is the founder of Spark in the Dark, a peer-to-peer resource-sharing network that has helped connect over 120,000 needs since 2017, and the creator of HelpLink, a tech-based platform designed to help businesses proactively remove barriers to work for their employees. She is passionate about redefining what it means to lead with compassion in the workplace and speaks on the intersection of community, culture, and care.
