Abi Scott is a retired senior executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in the United States Air Force and United States Space Force, where he held senior roles across the Indo-Pacific, the Pentagon, and the National Reconnaissance Office. His career focused on leading complex organizations, advising senior decision-makers, and managing high-stakes missions at the intersection of technology, operations, and human capital.
As the Space Force’s first Chief of Enlisted Workforce Development, Abi played a foundational role in shaping how the nation’s newest military service recruits, develops, and sustains its workforce. He led enterprise-level reforms in training, talent management, and leadership development, translating strategic vision into durable systems with measurable outcomes. His work strengthened organizational performance, improved readiness, and positioned the force for long-term growth.
In his post-military career, Abi brings this experience to the private and nonprofit sectors. He is a Partner at TASCON Advisors, where he supports leadership development, organizational transformation, and strategic advisory efforts. He also consults independently with Pivot Strategies and serves as a driver of mission success Moth + Flame, an innovative virtual reality tech company, contributing to innovative approaches to leadership training and immersive learning.
Abi currently serves on multiple advisory and executive boards where he supports governance, strategic planning, and mission alignment in service of long-term organizational impact. He holds a Master of Business Administration and executive leadership certifications from Cornell University and Georgetown University. Known for his judgment, credibility, and ability to build consensus, Abi brings a steady, governance-minded perspective to organizations navigating complexity and change.
