Balie Kirha has more than two decades of experience developing leaders across cultures and organizational settings. He is a Certified Team Member with the Maxwell Leadership Organization, partnering with individuals and teams to strengthen influence, character, and sustainable results.

He brings a unique global perspective shaped by leading in complex and underserved environments. Early in his career, he founded and led a growing organization, starting with a small team and scaling it into a thriving operation serving hundreds. He later held regional leadership responsibilities across Asia, South America, and Central America, working with leaders from diverse cultural, professional, and organizational backgrounds. Known for his ability to connect with people, align vision, and build trust, he has helped leaders navigate change, grow teams, and implement healthy leadership transitions—successfully mentoring successors and transferring leadership responsibilities for long-term sustainability.

Balie believes that leadership is the key driver of organizational success and teaches that lasting influence is built on personal growth, credibility, strong relationships, and a genuine commitment to people. His approach is principle centered, practical, relational, and adaptable.

He is passionate about personal growth/development, excellence, people skills, separation of spirit, soul, and body, and the processes of the ancient adage “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he”, intentionally designing/programming your life because everyone is meant to be the captain of their ship!

Balie lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with his wife and their two children. He continues to partner with organizations, executives, and emerging leaders to help them grow personally and as an organization, lead confidently, and create positive, measurable impact.
