About Barry Gallagher

Barry B. Gallagher is a former Army officer, teacher, coach, and school administrator. He served successfully in a variety of leadership positions for over forty years. Gallagher is passionate about the subject of leadership and the important work that leaders do. He is a best-selling author of thirteen books about leadership, education, decision making, self- motivation, football history, team building, and time management. He is a college football historian who has written eight books about the history of the Michigan Wolverine football program.

Barry Gallagher’s current passion is sharing insights and lessons learned from creating an innovative educational program that taught motivational skills in a public high school in Michigan. This program equipped his students with life skills that are not normally taught in high school but are essential for personal and professional success.
