A self-made success story, Bruce built his 46-year career from the ground up through a powerful combination of logical thinking, sharp insight, and a natural sense of humor. Early in his TV career, a documentary he produced was nominated for an Emmy award. As a former Vice President with the nation’s largest television network, Bruce’s marketing team was recognized as the Top Performers nationally.
In addition, he was the only recipient of the prestigious Cecil Thomas Award for Sales and Marketing Excellence. At Tribune Broadcasting, Bruce pioneered the roll of the national program for Cross Media selling that was the template for all Tribune stations. He was consistently awarded CT One Media annual awards for business development and cross-media achievement.
