About Camden Francis

Camden Francis is a dynamic 21-year-old entrepreneur, successful investor, and rising business leader. He is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management and Finance while simultaneously building one of the strongest early-career entrepreneurial portfolios in the country.

Camden is the founder of Beyond the Crisis, a nationally recognized charity that was featured on The Drew Barrymore Show and has distributed more than $100,000 worth of food and essential items to families in need. His philanthropic leadership earned him the honor of speaking at a White House Conference, and he has developed a close relationship with U.S. Congressman Jim McGovern, who has supported his work publicly.

Recognized as a standout young leader, Camden was named to the Boston Business Journal’s 25 Under 25, further cementing his reputation as one of Massachusetts’ most impactful Gen Z entrepreneurs. After his philanthropic success, Camden founded Univerze LLC, a next-generation Gen Z networking platform created in response to widespread dissatisfaction with LinkedIn among younger users.

Univerze offers a more intuitive, modern, and engaging experience—helping students and young professionals secure internships, jobs, and meaningful connections. The company has successfully raised millions in funding and continues to scale rapidly. Camden later launched Meridian Capital Partners, an elite venture incubator designed to empower ambitious college founders.

Through Meridian, he helps early-stage entrepreneurs build scalable companies, innovate in the tech sector, and create new job opportunities across multiple industries. Beyond tech and philanthropy, Camden has also found success in real estate investing, owning properties in Ohio, and operates a brokerage/wealth advisory arm focused on guiding young professionals toward long-term financial growth.

His achievements have earned him recognition in Marquis Who’s Who, and he has been featured across major media outlets including CBS, PBS, and NPR. With more than 1 million followers across all social platforms, Camden has built a powerful personal brand focused on entrepreneurship, impact, and Gen Z leadership.

Widely regarded as one of the top young entrepreneurs in Massachusetts—and arguably in the entire country—his influence continues to expand as he builds companies, empowers founders, and shapes the next generation of innovation.
