Cindy Costley is a speaker, practitioner, and creator of a transformational healing system designed to restore balance across what she calls the Six Frequencies of Human Regulation™—spiritual, energetic, mental, emotional, physical, and behavioral. After more than three decades of severe, life-altering health challenges, including reactions to foods, environments, and everyday exposures, Cindy’s world became increasingly limited. Despite years of searching for answers, lasting change didn’t come until she began to recognize something unexpected: her body wasn’t failing—it was communicating.
That realization shifted everything. What once felt like symptoms to manage became signals to understand, leading Cindy to develop a structured approach that helps individuals interpret how stress, experiences, and internal patterns are expressed throughout the body.
