About Dan Rothrock

Dan Rothrock has spent his career at the intersection of communication, security, and human connection. With leadership roles at companies like Zenitel, Stentofon, Audio Products International, and Mace Electronics, Dan has helped shape how organizations think about critical communication and the power of being able to hear and be heard—clearly, reliably, and with purpose.

Dan grew up in a family that valued hard work, integrity, and looking out for others. The son of Milton Kenneth and Amelia Louis Rothrock and brother to James, William, and Milton, he learned early that you are never really alone—and that the people around you are often your greatest resource. Those early lessons became the foundation of his life philosophy and his approach to leadership.
