With 17 years in Fortune 500 HR leadership—including HR Director roles spanning hiring, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and organizational development—Dana developed a deep understanding of how talent drives business performance. He later pivoted into financial services, working in investments and insurance for major firms and managing a foreign exchange fund, expanding his expertise into capital markets, economic systems, and financial decision-making.

Today, Dana serves as a Strategic Advisor to CareerPro Inc. and Millennium Planning Group in the Research Triangle Park region of North Carolina.
