About Dean Zuleger

Dean Zuleger is an award-winning momentum creator who uses a formula of People + Process + Productivity = Culture. His 20+ years of experience in manufacturing, transportation, logistics, and affordable housing have given him frontline insight into how to build meaningful engagement where everyone in the organization is invested in profitability. Zuleger holds a degree in Finance, is a Six Sigma Black Belt, and is certified in the practical use of the Predictive Index to build high-performing teams.

Zuleger has been recognized by Amazon, Ecolab, Frito-Lay, the World Wildlife Fund, the Wisconsin Economic Development Association, and numerous agricultural trade associations for his team-building skills. Three of the organizations he has led have been named Best Places to Work.
