Dr. Ariana Fontenot is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, founder of Slight Motion PT, and creator of the Slight Motion Method, a practical habit based approach to preventing pain and improving performance. After working hands on with thousands of people living with chronic pain, she began noticing a consistent pattern.
