Christina Junior, Ed.D., is a dynamic speaker and leadership professional dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential both personally and professionally.
With more than a decade of experience in the federal sector, Christina began her career as an intern with the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration, later serving as an IT contractor for the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
In 2016, she became a full-time federal employee, and in 2023, she transitioned from federal service to defense contracting continuing her commitment to advancing innovation, leadership, and organizational excellence. A certified SAFe Agile Practitioner and Product Manager, Christina leverages her expertise to drive collaboration, efficiency, and meaningful change.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, a Master of Science in Administration in Organizational Management from Trinity Washington University, and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
Deeply committed to service and community, Christina serves on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery County Council of PTAs and is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
