Dr. Clinton Barrett Arnold, is a business strategist, professor, and executive leader with nearly 40 years of experience helping organizations differentiate, scale, and lead through complexity. He currently serves as CEO of the Kanawha Institute for Social Research and Action (KISRA), where he rebuilt and scaled a mission-driven organization from $600K to $1.5M in revenue while restoring operational sustainability and team performance.
