Dr. Darrell D. Cummings, PhD is an accomplished executive leader, educator, consultant, and creative professional with extensive experience spanning organizational leadership, higher education administration, finance, and the arts. He currently serves as Registrar and Director of Education for Breakthrough Bible College & Theological Seminary and has successfully led academic programs, credentialing processes, and institutional growth initiatives across multiple regions. Dr. Cummings is also the founder and president of several organizations, including Dynamic Mentoring Tech–affiliated initiatives, DC Financial Services, and Outreach Center CDC, where he provides strategic leadership in financial consulting, nonprofit development, compliance readiness, and community impact planning. His work reflects a strong capacity for systems building, governance, and scalable program design.

In addition to his executive and academic leadership, Dr. Cummings is a nationally recognized musician, recording artist, producer, and author.
