Elton A. Hollis, III is a seasoned entrepreneur and industry leader with over 28 years of hands-on experience in the Oil and Gas Construction sector.
As the owner of Hol-Tech Resources, LLC—a full-service consulting firm specializing in Safety, Quality, and Compliance—Elton delivers training, coaching, and operational guidance to clients across the industrial, commercial, and small business landscape.
He also serves as Vice President of RT Technical Solutions LLC, helping guide the company’s mission to lead in the fields of industrial electrical and instrumentation.
Elton’s career spans a wide spectrum—from field laborer to executive ownership—and he’s built a reputation for practical problem-solving fueled by creativity and grit.
His small business training grant work with Lamar Institute of Technology exemplifies his commitment to workforce development and community empowerment.
He regularly mentors entrepreneurs, conducts marketing seminars, and speaks at events with one goal in mind: helping businesses succeed.
Elton is the co-founder of the Golden Triangle Industrial Group and vice chairperson of the Contractors Business Development Group—two monthly networks aimed at promoting regional growth by connecting companies with project opportunities.
