Glenn McGovern was born in the 9th Ward of New Orleans.

He holds a B.S degree in economics and a jurisprudence doctor degree in law in 1977. from Loyola Law School. In New Orleans.

Glenn is also a pilot with SEL Commercial, Instrument and Glider ratings.

Glenn also was a motorcycle motocross AMA and FIM racing in AMA Natuonal races and the FIM World Veterans MX Championships in Europe.

Glenn was also a MSF certified motorcycle instructor.

Glenn has litigated many motircycke cases including the first electric motircycle defective product liability case recently.

Glenn has published two books. One on motiorcycle litigation. The other is on protecting your civil right in excess force police cases.

He has published over 100 articles on police excess force cases, motorcycle litigation, and jury trial techniques.

Glen hokds many record judgments snd settlements in police toxic tort and motorcycke cases.

Glenn has faced adversity such as recovering from Loos of his law office and clients due to Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

Yet he overcame adversity and worked harder to give back to the community by teaching attorneys trial techniques, teaching motorcyclists and lobbying in the Louisiana Legislature fior fairer civil rights and motorcycke safety laws.

Glen is married to Erika and has four children and two grandchildren.

Glenn is an active glider pilot racer and holds A, B, C, Silver Distance, Silver Altitude and the State MS altitude record for 15 meter gliders.
