She began her journey enlisting in 1997 out of Texas, as a nuclear reactor operator and electronics technician, and has since risen through the ranks. Her latest endeavor is as a PhD student in Nuclear Engineering, showcasing her remarkable versatility and passion for innovation. Throughout her career, she has traveled extensively, gained a global perspective and developed her expertise as a technical expert and seasoned program leader.

Chad Morton is an author, speaker, educator, event host, entrepreneur & filmmaker. As a graduate of The University of Pittsburgh, he began his professional career as an educator then pivoted into real estate forming Maverick Realty with his wife Darlene and becoming one of the most successful agents in the Washington DC metropolitan area. In 2012 he founded SMASH Entertainment, an award-winning film & production company with a goal of defining the future of entertainment.

Peter A. Mars is a Financial Advisor, Leadership Coach, Motivational Speaker, and Apostle of Kingdom Kulture Church in Houston, Texas. He is the loving husband of Stefanie Mars and proud father of Dillon, Chase, Xavier, Noelle, and Ava. A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Peter is the son of Pastors Prentiss and Linda Mars, and was raised in a foundation of faith, service, and leadership.
