Jodi Lynn Pavlock is a self-published author and survivor of narcissistic abuse.

Her memoir, Jekyll Can’t Hyde, details her personal experiences in a narcissistic relationship and how she found the strength to escape and heal.

Beyond her writing, Pavlock is dedicated to helping others who are experiencing similar challenges. She runs a support group on Facebook, connects with followers on Instagram and TikTok, and has been a guest on numerous podcasts.

Pavlock is currently preparing to launch her own podcast and continues to be a leading voice in the fight against narcissistic abuse.

She is also an Entrepreneur who focuses on real estate acquisitions and does acting/modeling and singing on the side.
