About Jon Law

Jon Law is a keynote speaker, leadership strategist, and certified neuroscience coach with more than 30 years of experience building organizations, advising boards, and leading teams under real-world pressure.

More than three decades ago, Jon pioneered a new industry sector by founding and operating what became the nation’s largest medical licensing company, serving many of the most respected healthcare organizations in the United States.

His work helped expand access to care in underserved communities, while his expertise in regulatory compliance led to his engagement as a consultant to numerous medical entities nationwide. Jon’s career has consistently crossed boundaries between business, science, sport, and leadership.

For six years, he owned and operated an events company in both New Zealand and the United States, while simultaneously serving as Head Rugby Coach at the University of Utah, where his teams achieved an 85% winning record, an experience that continues to inform his approach to performance, resilience, and team dynamics.

Today, Jon is the Founding Director of Sync7, a facilitation, training, and consulting firm focused on team performance optimization, leadership development, and cultural alignment. He is also the CEO of Verdicus, Inc., an emerging company with properties in digital commerce. His work bridges neuroscience, organizational psychology, and practical leadership execution, helping leaders understand not just what to do, but how the brain actually drives behavior under stress.

Over the past 25 years, Jon has served as a Board of Directors member, corporate advisor, president of civic organizations, sports commissions leader, and serial entrepreneur. His organizations have repeatedly outperformed their resources, and his professional journey reflects both disciplined strategy and uncommon adaptability.

As a keynote speaker and presenter, Jon is known for his ability to translate complex neuroscience into clear, actionable frameworks. His proprietary Trivium Leadership Model helps leaders interrupt automatic, fear-driven patterns, improve decision quality, reduce turnover, and build cultures that perform without burning people out. Audiences describe his talks as grounding, intellectually rigorous, and deeply human.

Jon’s leadership voice blends scientific clarity with philosophical depth, drawing comparisons to thinkers such as Peter Drucker, Viktor Frankl, and Brené Brown, paired with the systems thinking of a modern organizational architect. He doesn’t motivate for a moment; he equips leaders with tools that last. Jon posits that anxious times don’t need louder leaders.

They need calmer nervous systems. Neuroscience is leadership development for this era because it doesn’t rely on force, optimism, or personality. It builds the biological and psychological capacity to lead when fear, complexity, and change are unavoidable and accelerating.

Jon is a devoted husband and father. Outside of his professional work, his interests include travel, fitness, motorcycling, cycling, mountain biking, rock climbing, mountaineering, music, nature (especially extreme weather), the animal kingdom, motivational theory, relationship philosophy, light physics, and the occasional attempt at juggling.
