Justin Behrens is a community leader, nonprofit executive, and entrepreneur dedicated to creating practical solutions that restore dignity and hope. He serves as the Executive Director of Living Water Connections, where he leads initiatives addressing homelessness through case management, employment pathways, and strong community partnerships.
Justin also brings experience working with corporate stakeholders, including speaking with solar energy company stockholders to help align business objectives with the greatest possible community outcomes. His work focuses on building collaborative models that create measurable impact for both communities and organizations.

In addition to his nonprofit leadership, Justin is the owner of Comic Cove, a comic book store that serves as a hub for creative outreach and education.
Through Comic Cove, Justin developed programs that help youth who struggle with reading improve literacy through graphic novels, using visual storytelling to build confidence, comprehension, and a love of reading. He also leads initiatives such as free comic newspapers for children in hospitals and schools. Justin’s speaking engagements blend real-world success stories with practical insight, inspiring audiences to leverage creativity, collaboration, and compassion to drive meaningful change.
