Kevin McDugle is a decorated Marine Corps veteran, serial entrepreneur, published author, and leadership coach known for helping individuals and organizations unlock their potential through discipline, purpose, and vision. Kevin served in three combat zones during his time in the U.S. Marine Corps including the Gulf War, Bosnia, and Somalia and culminated his service as a Marine Drill Instructor at Parris Island. His military background laid the foundation for a life of service-driven leadership and business excellence. After leaving the Corps when his first child was born, Kevin carried his battlefield-tested discipline into the world of entrepreneurship.

As the founder of multiple successful ventures—including Lawyer Marketing Services, Inc., eXpect3 Marketing, Tulsa Hearing Aid Technologies, McDugle’s Physical Fitness Bootcamp, and Medical Innovation Centers of America, Inc.—Kevin McDugle has built and scaled several companies to multi–seven-figure success. His leadership and insight have made him a sought-after consultant across a range of industries, including energy, manufacturing, legal marketing, brand strategy, and sales. With deep experience spanning marketing, medical innovation, fitness, technology, and executive consulting, Kevin brings a uniquely versatile perspective to guiding business leaders toward strategic growth and high-impact results.

Kevin also served as the Executive Director and Board Member of Soldier’s Wish, a nonprofit dedicated to granting wishes to active-duty service members and veterans with honorable discharges.

He holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s in Business from Southern Nazarene University.
