For over 25 years Dr. Len Lopez has been helping people learn how to EAT RIGHT and TRAIN SMART. His background as a Clinical Nutritionist, Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Chiropractic Sports Physician gave him the tools to “Treat the Cause – Not the Symptoms.”
What helped Dr. Len grow his practice was his ability to go and speak in local venue’s and make complicated health and fitness issues easy to understand. Fortunately, for Dr. Len various television producers heard him speak and soon enough he was the ‘natural’ medicine expert for the ABC affiliate show “Good Morning Texas” and hosted another show called “Natural Health Made Simple. He was a guest on a number of health and fitness programs and may have been the first non-pastor to host a show.
In the years that followed, Dr. Len started manufacturing nutritional products based on what he was commonly seeing in his office. He invented a fitness product called “My Portable Pullup Bar” He’s written a few books and has now created an app called 5 S.T.E.P.S. a Day which is a unique tool to help improve your Habits and Attitude by tracking how you feed Body, Mind, and Spirit.
